Terms of Service

RepCoach is an AI practice environment for sales teams: you roleplay calls against AI-generated personas, get scored, and track improvement. Every voice you hear in a practice call is synthetic. RepCoach does not place, receive, or record calls with real prospects or consumers, and it must not be used to do so.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method (Google account, email, or team PIN) confidential and for what happens under your workspace. Managers control who joins their team and what leads are entered for practice.

Don't use RepCoach to harass anyone, to impersonate real people without their consent, to generate content that violates the law, or to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Fair-use limits apply to AI usage; they exist so one seat can't consume the whole team's capacity.

Conversations, scenarios, scores, and coaching advice are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, or a bad fit for your situation, and they are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Sales scripts you practice here are training material — you're responsible for what you actually say to real customers, including compliance with the laws of your industry.

Scores measure practice performance. They are a training aid, not an employee evaluation system — do not use RepCoach scores as the sole or decisive basis for hiring, firing, promotion, or compensation decisions.

Practice sessions are recorded — that's the product. The only human on a practice call is you; AI voices are not persons under call-recording laws. Your workspace's managers can access your practice recordings, transcripts, and scores.

You own your practice recordings, transcripts, and imported leads. You can export or delete them at any time. We own the RepCoach software, prompts, scoring rubrics, and design. We use your data only to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).

Paid plans are a recurring, auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Your plan renews automatically each month at that price until you cancel — we'll disclose the price and billing frequency again on the checkout page before you're charged.

How to cancel: sign in and go to Billing (/upgrade) → Manage billing. Cancellation is entirely self-service — the same number of steps as subscribing, with no requirement to call, email, or chat with anyone. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then the plan ends automatically. No cancellation fee.

Switching or upgrading plans: also self-service from the same Manage billing screen. Changes prorate automatically through Stripe and take effect immediately.

Refunds: we don't provide partial refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel or downgrade. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Mission Hub via missionhub.ink and we'll make it right.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

RepCoach is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using RepCoach anytime and request deletion of your workspace. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

These terms are governed by California law. If we change them materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: contact Mission Hub via missionhub.ink.
