Privacy Policy

RepCoach is a practice environment. The voices you talk to are AI — no real prospects or consumers are ever on the line, and nothing you say here is a real sales call. We collect what's needed to score your practice and show your team's progress, and we don't sell it to anyone.

— Your name (chosen at sign-in) and, if you sign in with Google or an email link, your email address.

— Practice session audio recordings, transcripts, scorecards, and quiz answers. Recording your practice is the product: it powers scoring, before/after replay, and manager review.

— Leads your team enters or imports for practice purposes.

— Operational data: API usage estimates (for cost caps), and error reports when something breaks.

We do not collect payment card numbers (Stripe handles payment directly), we set no advertising or analytics trackers, and we use only a session cookie to keep you signed in.

To run the product: generating scenarios, scoring calls, coaching against your history, and showing team dashboards to your workspace. Practice audio and transcripts are sent to our AI providers (below) to generate responses, transcriptions, and scores — that processing is the service.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Anthropic (AI conversation and scoring) · Deepgram (speech-to-text) · ElevenLabs and Fish Audio (voice synthesis) · Supabase (database and storage, hosted in the United States) · Vercel (hosting) · Stripe (billing) · Slack (team digests, if your workspace enables them).

Practice data is retained while your workspace is active so before/after progress works. You can request deletion of your recordings, transcripts, or entire account at any time, and we'll complete it within 30 days.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor the same rights for everyone regardless of state. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of.

RepCoach is a workplace training tool for adults. It isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
